Ghanaian politician and founder of Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) Maame Akua Donkor has blasted National Democratic Congress (NDC) for organizing a demonstration against the EC’s proposed Voter registration exercise.She also revealed what her party has in stock for Cocoa farmers when she becomes the president of Ghana.
Speaking with Don Twix on Poleeno Multimedia, Maame Akua Donkor stated that, there is absolutely “no sense” in the “Yenpene” demonstration which was organized by NDC and other opposition party members in Kumasi. She believes that EC Chairperson Madam Jean Mensah is doing everything possible to remove unwanted names and people who are not Ghanaians from the Register and should be commended for the good work.
Maame Akua Donkor also revealed that she will increase the price of cocoa from 515 cedis to 1000 cedis when she becomes the president of Ghana.
She also added that the usual maternity leave will be increased from 3months to One year when she wins the 2020 elections.
