The President of Ghana H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, by a national address clearly urged all Ghanaians to observe a day of fasting and prayers for the country against the spread of the novel Corona Virus.
It is by this directive that Pastor Gusteve Yeboah, Popularly known as Jesus Soldier suggests that, the president could then allow them (men of God) to open their church doors back to their congregations and have intensive prayers for the nation.
According to Jesus Soldier, he appeals to President Nana Addo that, he should liaise with the parliament to pass a bill, that would make the last Friday of every month a nations prayer day. In his view, such initiatives would make the nation prosper in all aspects of development. “Without God, our nation cannot move forward”, he said.
